Dudley Smith Partnership (DSP) is a private practice within the construction industry, specialising in Project Management and Quantity Surveying. We work with a diverse range of clientèle for projects including hospitals, schools, refurbishments and new build developments, both nationally and internationally.

Our clients are the centre of everything we do and aspire to do. We endeavour to ensure a high quality of service is always delivered. Our Directors have a ‘hands on’ approach, with a Director designated as a principal contact for each project. They are supported by professional and technical staff where appropriate. Communication within the team and our client is key to the success of our projects.

DSP aims to add value by increasing certainty and managing risk through our comprehensive, multi-skilled approach. This is established through a well-trained team that is encouraged to continually develop and further their education. The team’s training is complimented by the RICS approved Dudley Smith Partnership Training Programme that has been developed by the practice's Directors.

Training is just one part of DSP’s strategic plan which has been developed and is regularly reviewed to enhance the health and well-being of our team. We are proud to also include enjoyment, flexibility, efficiency and quality of service.
