As a hardware vendor our policy is only to buy direct from the manufacturer and our relationships with both Dell and HP have been cemented with the accreditations we have been awarded. In January of 2009 we were rewarded with the prestigious HP PREFERRED PARTNER status. This process means we can support a higher level of technical sale with the complete back up and support from HP. Out trained and accredited technical staff have undergone rigorous training and have achieved this accolade on the back of our commitment and technical ability to understanding and providing expert levels of support.

Our relationship with Dell and our status as a DIRECT PARTNER is again, through the commitment and relationship we have created with DELL over the last seven years. Our stockholding of Dell products in the volume we hold clearly enables us to be proud of being one of the largest stock holding partners Dell has in the UK. Our commitment to this stockholding allows us to deliver the technology required anywhere in the U.K. next day, which enables Pulsar Computing to offer a service not even Dell can offer.

We have worked hard over the last 12 years to ensure we have achieved the appropriate skills required to enable Pulsar Computing to offer the best products for the applications required, with all the relevant accreditations from our partners. Pulsar Computing have been a partner with HP since their acquisition of Compaq, as a registered Reseller Pulsar Computing have access to both training on the latest products as well as the back up and support of one of the worlds largest PC and Server Manufacturers. Our partnership with Microsoft is also crucial in enabling Pulsar Computing to deliver the best software solutions from the worlds No.1 application provider. Together with the support of the manufacturers we can work together to provide a full turnkey solution.

End of Life Product Range

Apart from stocking the current range of HP and DELL desktops, notebooks and servers we specialise in sourcing end-of-life products.

The shelf life of a PC or notebook can be as little as four months. This can cause problems not only when budgeting but also if you have standardised on a particular model. If you are attempting to source a particular model, please contact our Account Management Team who will be happy to advise.

Warehouse Facility

Pulsar Computing carry in excess of 600 desktops and notebooks at any given time along with a vast range of servers. Our secure facility enables Pulsar Computing to offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY on all stock items . Pulsar Computing also offer our customers a STOCK HOLDING SERVICE, this enables our customers to agree on a volume commitment for a given period and Pulsar Computing will then allocate and hold that stock ensuring continuity in product supply and next or same day delivery as and when required.

Warranty

All products sold carry the manufacturer's full warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Configuration

Pulsar Computing also have excellent configuration facilities enabling us to offer a custom build-to-order service.

This may involve installing additional memory or a SSD drive to a laptop or PC, or the configuration of a server to your own hardware requirements. We aim to save you both time and money by delivering a ready-to-use solution.

Refurbished Products

At times, the latest technology may be overpriced, or over specified for your requirements. That's why we offer a range of refurbished servers and desktops. Our refurbished server range allows you to purchase an industry standard HP or Dell solution that is technically benchmarked but available at budget pricing.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line store and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details which we require to be able to satisfy the order. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

All orders placed on our website are subject, by the purchaser, to acceptance of our terms & conditions.

For established businesses, Pulsar Computing can also offer credit facilities to make your transactions easier. Pulsar offer a 30 day credit account subject to our terms and conditions.
