General information
I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist, a nutrition lecturer and a certified Metabolic Balance® coach practicing in Poole and Bournemouth in Dorset. I trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London and graduated in 2006. I first had a clinic in Harley Street in London and since relocating I now run a busy practice in Lower Parkstone in Poole. I also lecture regularly to nutrition students on topics such as digestive health, stress management and children’s health.
