Independent specialist running and fitness store catering for most sports enthusiasts, particularly runners of all levels.
We stock a wide range of road and some off road running shoes, but also fitness and cross trainers.
Our trained staff offer full video gate analysis, which incorporates filming whilst running on the treadmill, which then enables us to get an idea of your running style and what catagory of shoes suites your running style. There is no need to book an appointment, just come in comfortable clothing.
It will take roughly 20 to 30 minutes. We also stock fitness and running clothing for all seasons, including brands such as Nike, Adidas, Mizuno, Inov8, Asics, Ronhill and Helly Hansen. We also stock running accessories and running and training fuel to get you through the hardest of races.
