After his return from the gastronomic haven of France in 2005, Tony Beales' ambition, to create an elite local catering company that would bring delight to diners at any occasion, started to unfold. He had dreamed about having a company that would create innovative and bespoke menus – a company that would never compromise on food quality and a company that put that the desires of customers first. His ambition became reality and Beales Gourmet Ltd was born.
Having worked as a chef in a wide variety of exclusive establishments, Tony knew just what I was looking for in building the perfect team to make Beales Gourmet the most desirable caterers on the South Coast. Their team now consists of the very best local chefs, precise service staff and a knowledgeable sales team all sharing Tony's vision and enthusiasm to create the most sensational cuisine, delivered with absolute precision.
Catering for all types of events in and around Dorset & Hampshire, Tony Beales and his team bring a stylish and contemporary approach to the catering using fresh, seasonal and where possible locally sourced produce in the menus. Over the past 10 years Beales Gourmet has established many exclusive contracts to provide catering in venues which include The Italian Villa, Highcliffe Castle, the Winchester Guildhall, Lulworth Castle and the Lighthouse in Poole. Beales Gourmet also specialises in corporate, private house & yacht catering, in addition to all types of marquee events. From the very start Tony saw a niche in the market for affordable, trustworthy and high quality catering - a vision which has proved successful in every way and founded the basis on which Beales Gourmet has grown and continues to grow.
