It all began in 2005 in a small office on the south coast where Jeff Thomas, daughter Lisa and son Jonathon developed a philosophy based on integrity and transparency, and a process to deliver outstanding results for clients and help homeowners & landlords extract the best possible result from the market. The family owned business is now regarded as one of Bournemouths leading agents on helping people get record prices for their homes & their regular property & landlord updates go out to over 3,000 local homeowners.

The family began their estate agent career in 2005 working for Enfields group core branches in Southampton helping the company win gold under the Best Medium Estate Agent category at the
Estate Agent of the Year Awards in 2005 & 2006 the only agent at the time to retain this accolade. They then went onto to achieve extraordinary results personally opening their first Enfields franchise in Winton, Bournemouth in 2007. Following the success of this office they shortly opened their second franchise in the town centre establishing themselves as one of the most sought-after agents in the area. This led to further national recognition when they won Silver in South West Estate Agent of the Year category in 2013.

Their proven strategies, systems & world class marketing provide every homeowner and landlord exactly what they need to ensure that the best price is achieved. They have an extensive track record of sales in the Bournemouth area selling 14.7 million pounds worth of property in 2017 as well as helping secure tenants for over 450 Bournemouth homes over the same 12 month period- 1 property let every 7.5 hours in the last quarter of 2017. Last year also saw them achieve numerous street records & they currently hold the record for the highest selling residential home on record in the Winton & Moordown area.
Already in 2018 the family have received further national recognition after being chosen as the sole representative for the The Guild of Property Professionals in the Bournemouth area.
