At Amigo Loans, we were tired of hearing about people in financial difficulty, or how their bank turned them down for a loan they really needed because some computerised score, which tells you nothing about the person, said they were a risk to lend to. We listened to these issues and thought it was unfair that good, decent and honest people were being turned down and not given a chance – and so Amigo Loans was born!

We’re simple, open and tell it like it is and we believe that’s how we should act with our customers. We’re a social lender, we believe your friends know you better than anybody else, so if they’ll be your loan guarantor and trust you to make your repayments on time, then we’ll trust you too, simple as that.
