We are a local, independently owned Estate Agency, who pride ourselves on delivering a personal service to all of our clients. Our local knowledge, marketing and connections mean that we can find you the best buyer in the fastest time for the best price.

We have been running a very successful lettings business in the area since 2011 and have now launched our Sales business. We are proactive and forward thinking agents; we believe strongly that our reputation is key to our future success, and as our landlords have been so happy with our service we are keen to diversify. Our market knowledge and experience allows us to offer the highest levels in customer service and marketing strategies, tailored to the individual properties and owners.

Positive Lettings opened its doors for the first time in July 2011 and since then has gone from strength to strength. Specialising in just letting initially, the company was led by Tim Constable. Having previously worked for another local agent, he realised that a personal, tailored service was lacking. With a client base growing rapidly, and three years of turnover and happy clients supporting the business, the launch of Positive Sales and Lettings was the natural progression for an innovative company.
