We carry out site appraisals (Land Appraisals) on new and existing infrastructure throughout the UK, including proposed housing developments, renewable energy schemes and civil engineering projects.

We are involved in projects ranging from single building plots to large scale housing developments and Wind Farm schemes. During the site appraisal, we review all the aspects associated with a new development. These include appraising the development in terms of highways, drainage and utility services. We can also Project Manage the development, bringing together planning consultants, architects geologists etc, to focus on obtaining a succesful planning outcome. Using our extensive costing database, we can also provide clients with development costings at each stage of the project including final sales forecasting.

We also specialise in locating potential building plots and large scale speculative developments. We often partner with existing land owners to develop a planning strategy and project mange the procurement of the project to secure planning permission. Using our cost database we provide costings for the project, including build costs and final sales forecasts.
