We are a cooperative, run by our members for our members. We are self-financing and run largely by volunteers within the community.
We help our members to understand and take control of their finances, work on their credit rating and build confidence through our ethical savings and loans products.
We aim to help the financially disadvantaged become financially included.
Our ethos is about teaching thrift and preventing people from getting into financial difficulties.
As a saver:
- Your savings are safe, backed by a government guarantee.
- Your savings are re-invested in the local community.
- You will share in the success of the Credit Union.
As a borrower:
- You won't be charged any fees.
- You will get the loan that fits your circumstances.
- If your circumstances change we can be flexible.
