We specialise in small to medium scale developments in the most desirable locations, constantly challenging ourselves to ensure that the homes we build are not only visually attractive, but also have the character and personality that makes our customers proud to be homeowners.

Originally founded in the 1980s, the company was transferred into the Country Estates Group in 2009 with the ambition of increasing its output substantially over the next five to ten years. The company will achieve this through organic growth, developing its own land, having achieved its own planning consents.

We are delighted that our new build programme has started with a number of highly successful schemes, and that our future development programme is ever increasing.
