My name is Peter Harding DHP. LAPHP. NRPC. and I am passionate about helping people improve their lives through hypnotherapy.

I began my career training with the prestigeous Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnotherapy where I obtained my Diploma. Soon after qualifying to practice, I realised that basics were not enough and so I attended several intense certificated courses to enhance my knowledge and skill, studying the areas of Weight Management, Depression, Childbirth, Stress and to Stop Smoking.

Hypnotherapy covers a vast range of treatments and as well as training in specific areas, I also maintain a very high standard of competance in all areas of therapy. I firmly believe that every client or prosective client is special and whatever issue troubles them, that issue is both important and serious to them.

To provide a service that delivers the best outcome possible for the client, I always give a free consultation. This allows the client every oportunity to discuss any issues that concern them and enables me to design a treatment to best suit the client.
