General information

I am a professionally qualified Calm Coach trained by Sandy C. Newbigging. Sandy is a best-selling author, renown meditation teacher. I'm passionate about Calm Coaching because meditation has completely changed my experience of life and I want to help others experience the same peace, joy and freedom in their lives.

I offer group meditation courses and one-to-one meditation coaching, Mind Detox, Calm Coaching and ongoing support.

Mind and Body Calm Meditation can help you:

At Calm Meditation I am currently offering meditation courses in small groups. The small group numbers mean you get as close as possible to one to one training at a fraction of the cost and plenty of time to ask questions.
You can learn this easy, accessible and highly effective meditation technique in just four sessions over a four week period, so there is no need to commit to months of training and you get unlimited access to meditation workshops afterwards for a small booking fee per workshop (£5).
The courses are fun and friendly, and the meditation techniques are simple, easy-to-learn and involve no jargon, no rituals, no strict rules, no uncomfortable sitting positions, they're not religious and there is absolutely no judgement as to where you're at.
If you have ever thought you can't meditate because you can't stop your thoughts, Mind Calm & Body Calm Meditation is for you because you don't have to stop your thoughts to do Mind Calm & Body Calm Meditation.

If you would like a more tailored and personal coaching experience, one-to-one individual coaching is available and can be delivered by Skype if you don't live within travelling distance of Reading where I am based. This can be for meditation coaching, Mind Detox or Calm Coaching.

Mind Detox is a personal transformation technique that heals the hidden causes of physical, emotional and life problems by discovering and resolving the unhealthy beliefs that are negatively impacting your health, wealth and happiness.
One-to-one Calm Coaching is a highly personalised service. Depending on your requirements and objectives, which we will establish together, I will draw on all my training and experience from different modalities to deliver a highly bespoke service. We can explore what you really want in life and how to achieve that from a position of calm. This is a deeply individual experience that can help you to resolve areas of your life with which you are in conflict. It can assist you to move past parts of your life where you feel ‘stuck’ or uncertain of where to go next, which path to take. It can help give you a fresh perspective on your life and start to experience your life in a different way.
