Next Step Centre is run by physiotherapist Keith Graham and Dr Tim Button of Cleve Chiropractic and has been created to provide state of the art systems and equipment to aid with the continued treatment and recovery process of injury and promote fitness.

The Next Step Exercise and Performance Centre is the product of working for 10 years in elite sport from Premiership rugby and football to the Olympics. Using all of his experience Tim Button has come up with a concept that compliments his successful sports injury clinic, Cleve Chiropractic.

Next Step is meant to be just that. No matter what stage you find yourself at, we are ready to help you take the Next Step forward! If you have an injury, then we can help you out of pain and then rehabilitate you to prevent it from happening again.

Once the injury is treated and rehabilitated using our state of the art equipment, then you may feel that you would like to take the Next Step to get fitter. If so, then we can individually tailor an exercise and diet programme especially for you.

If you are fit and you wish to be 'super' fit, well then we have the programmes especially for you. Have you ever tried TRX mixed with spin classes?!! Wow!

The Next Step Centre will use state of the art hardware and software to help you. Your heart rate can be constantly monitored on the TV screens and be used to keep your training rate at optimum levels for your desired goal. It is also an excellent measure of your fitness progression in and out of the centre.

Wish to take some weight off? Well now you literally can with the Alter G, 'Anti-gravity' running machine. Used mainly in elite sport to rehabilitate injuries and keep people fit who are injured, the Alter G has to be tried to be believed! Great also for those who feel 'too heavy to run', allowing all body types to get fit and lose weight. A free trial is available, call the reception to have a go ASAP!!

Cleve Chiropractic, Next Steps parent company is just over the road in Mangotsfield. It has been running for 10 years and is widely regarded as one of the UK’s best sport injury clinics. Not only has it got the latest’s equipment such as digital X-ray and diagnostic ultrasound (to get in depth images of the bones and the soft tissues such as hamstring and shoulder injuries.) but it also has some of the most experienced sports practioner's in the country. Tim Button, the owner has spent the last 10 yrs working in elite sport for the London Olympics, Bath rugby, Bristol rugby, QPR FC, Bristol Rovers, the GB Paralympics team and many other elite sports teams and patients. He is a fellow of the prestigious Royal College of Chiropractors sport faculty. Supporting Tim is a fantastic team of experienced sports chiropractors and sports therapists including Emma Hunter, a sports therapist, who worked with Tim at the Olympics, Iain Crombie one of the south west’s only TPI golf certified chiropractors (qualifying him to work on the highest level of golf pro), Dan Pursall sports therapist and personal trainer working in semi pro football and with many elite athletes. Gina Lear our baby and pregnancy chiropractic specialist is really popular and adds another dynamic to the clinic.
