Fern Cottage

General information

We are nestled in a conservation area within a two acre smallholding with panoramic views from the rooms, garden and wildlife field.

The B&B is situated just outside the quiet rural village of Pucklechurch, which is an easy 15 minute drive from the centres' of both Bath and Bristol.

Since starting our Bed and Breakfast in 2003 we have received over 20 Awards for our food, service and hospitality.

The latest one being the prestigeous Enjoy England 4 Star GOLD in March 2016. The GOLD Award is presented for exceptional quality of accommodation, customer service and hospitality, which has taken us 13 years to achieve!

We have also received the “Highly Commended” Award at the National EnjoyEngland Excellence Awards in May 2013. We were the only small Bed and Breakfast in this National category, with the other 4 being over a million pound hotels. So we are very pleased to have accomplished being in the top 5 Bed and Breakfasts in May 2013 with EnjoyEngland National Awards.

We are passionate about everything we do at Fern Cottage, whether it’s customer service, hospitality or the delicious organic, free range, local, homemade food we prepare on our unique and extensive breakfast menu.

Our breakfast menu was complimented on by top Chefs' Gary Rhodes and Michael Caines on the UKTV programme Local Food Heroes.

Sue was among the five finalists for the whole of the South West!
