You've bought a nice new mixer tap for your kitchen sink. It looks great, but how on earth do you fit it? Answer, you get a plumber! He does this sort of thing all the time, he has the tools and the experience to do the job quickly and economically.

It's the same if you toilet won't flush or overfills, or if you have a dripping tap that you can't cure, or there's a damp patch on the ceiling beneath the bathroom, or a leak in the airing cupboard and you can't see where the water's coming from, or a radiator with a leaky valve.
