Shepherd and White was founded by Kevan and Marie Shepherd. Kevan has over 25 years experience with a text book career in Estate Agency rising rapidly from negotiator to senior Management level and was responsible for running the most successful offices for many years. Marie specialises in the property management role and offers our landlords peace of mind that their property is looked after and that the right tenants are found. They take a hands on approach to the business, maintaining exceptionally high standards of practice.
Our primary aim is not only to sell your house for the best possible price, but to ensure that we provide a first class hands on service from start to finish.
Following the initial valuation it is not often that you will get to deal directly with the family members of an estate agent and letting business personally. The major advantage we offer is that one of our Directors will personally attend your property valuation and then be on hand to negotiate your sale or let.
