Careers Education Service

General information

We offer careers advice and guidance as well as education for young people aged between 16-24 in Leicester and Leicestershire. It is a completely FREE service for you to use.

We help and support young people to enable them to make informed choices regarding their career, education and training and achieve their short and long term goals.

We work with partners who specialise in delivering Traineeships, Apprenticeships and Sector Based Work Academies.

We are equipped with qualified, experienced, DBS checked and safeguarding trained IAG Advisors and Tutors. Our facilities are disability friendly with easy access near the City Centre and most important of all we are Matrix accredited (IAG quality standard).

Our Advisors are experienced in helping and supporting individuals from the community with complex barriers such as; long term unemployment, a limited education, homelessness, individuals suffering from substance misuse, individuals who lack of confidence and motivation, individuals with mental and physical health conditions, caring responsibilities and economical inactiveness.

We have training tailored to support young people with their social and personal development, employability skills, confidence and motivation as well as having an excellent and ongoing relationship with local employers that provide regular job opportunities.

The Careers Education Service is part of Business 2 Business UK Limited, a company that has been running for almost 30 years.
