General information
Library opening times: Monday 2-7, Tuesday closed, Wednesday 2-5, Thursday 10-12 and 2-5, Friday closed, Saturday 10-1pm.
We are a voluntary group working to keep the library open, since the County Council has asked local communities to do so as it is facing shortfalls in its funding from central government. This page is to share information about what’s being done to try to keep it open.
A small group of people has been meeting since June 2014 to look at how we might keep the library open, and this page is for anyone who is interested in becoming involved in getting Rothley Community Library off the ground - you can find out more about what’s happening, and we hope you might get involved.
