MPH Construction & Carpentry have been producing high quality and affordable loft conversions in Leicester and the surrounding areas for almost 25 years. Our team have vast experience and all the skills required to plan, manage and execute a perfect conversion.

We understand that each house and home owner have their own unique requirements and tastes and will endeavor to add the finish and character you desire.

Unlike other companies we only work on one loft conversion at a time, meaning you get our undivided attention and full use of our resources, and specialist team throughout the process of converting your loft.

We carry out work in Leicester and Leicestershire.

I am trying to steer away from the "old idea" of a builder who would come into your home turn it into chaos while trialling dust and mess everywhere, having jobs exceeding the dead line leading to unhappy customers! I offer a precise, professional and clean service: all the tradesmen who work on my behalf are highly skilled in there trade and will give the customer all the relevant and up to date certifications.

Matthew Hacketts father and grandfather are both carpenters, making him one of the very few 3rd generation carpenters in the city of Leicester, if any. This means his skill set is way beyond his 25 years in the trade, which is still a long time.

Throughout those years he has worked on a wide variety of projects, from luxury five million pound apartments in London, bar and shop fit outs, large scale shuttering and structural works, refurbishments, new builds, and even lending his skills for free to help people less fortunate on TV (BBC DIY SOS).

This has all added up to give Matthew a huge understanding of the building trade, knowing what the costumer wants and all the available possibilities. He likes to organise each project so every trade turns up at the right time so the whole contract runs as smoothly as possible.
