General information
A.J.Murphy started trading in Leeds in 1887, becoming a successful selling agent for a variety of brewing materials. In 1919 the newly incorporated Murphy & Son Ltd moved to a splendid Victorian Tower Brewery, in Nottingham. During the twentieth century Murphy’s product range have grown steadily to include formulated liquor treatments, preservatives, yeast foods, copper and auxiliary finings, cleaning materials and enzymic stabilisers.
We offer a comprehensive range of processing aids for clarification, including the manufacture of our own isinglass brand, we offer laboratory services to help solve most brewers problems, a friendly team of technical experts.
