General information

Homemade is a small independent family of licensed child friendly cafes serving truly homemade food. We support local suppliers and strive to find the best quality ingredients in our laid back cosy cafes.

Established in 2005, Homemade Hockley is our flagship cafe and can be found located on Pelham Street as you walk towards the city's trendy district of Hockley, amongst many other fantastic Independent businesses.

Homemade Hockley Opening Hours:
Mon & Tues 9.00am - 4.30pm
Weds - Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm
Sat 9.00am - 6.00pm
Sun 10.00am - 5.00pm

We open later for Private dinner parties for groups of 20 People or more, email info@homemadecafe.com for more info.

Fancy escaping the hustle of the city centre? Then stroll up Mansfield Road and visit our newest edition to the Homemade Family at the Forest Recreation Ground.
We are situated in the beautiful old Cricket Pavilion building, in the heart of the Forest Recreation Ground Park.
Enjoy the usual Homemade treats in the peaceful surroundings of the park, and when the sun is out, our terrace is a gorgeous sun trap, perfect for a chilled glass of wine with your meal.
During the Summer months we open the Pavilion later into the evenings for supper.

Monday - Closed (With the exception of 11th Jan for an event)
Tuesday - Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Saturday 9.00am - 4.30pm
Sunday 10.00am - 4.30pm

Our delicious Homemade Sunday Roasts served from 12.30pm every Sunday.

The Pavilion is also available for Private Hire for Parties, Business meetings, Weddings and anything else you may wish to celebrate.
