General information

Tuntum is a BME-led social housing provider based in Nottingham. We offer housing and support services for people on low incomes or with other specialist needs.

Set up in 1988, Tuntum now manages more than 1300 properties across the East Midlands in 11 different local authority areas, ranging from 1 bedroom flats to large family houses. We primarily provide homes to rent at affordable levels, as well as having an ever-increasing number of homes to purchase on a shared ownership basis.

We also provide housing and support for some of society’s most vulnerable people through our specialist housing schemes.These include schemes for young people facing homelessness, young single parents, refugees, and women fleeing domestic violence.

We are supported and regulated by the government through the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

Tuntum has been involved with the management and organisation of the Nottingham Caribbean Carnival since 1998. A number of different groups, clubs, schools and societies get involved every year, bringing a together a diverse mix of arts, music and culture.
