Nottingham Focus On Wellbeing is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Reg. Charity Number 1150949)
NFOW was born out of the loss of NHS mental health services over recent years. Services such as out patient occupational therapy, social inclusion and vocational training. All groups and activities that people with chronic mental health problems relied upon to keep functioning, aid them on the path to recovery and at its most basic level, give life some purpose.
We have no paid members of staff, all work done, from one to one counselling sessions to group IT workshops, is led by volunteers.
