Welcome to flex pilates, we are a physiotherapy-led pilates that is based in Sheffield. All the classes are delivered by fully qualified Physiotherapists using modified versions of the Traditional exercises originally developed by Joseph Pilates. The fact that the exercises are modified means that they are very safe if you are recovering from or have an injury, have had surgery, have weakened back or neck muscles or are pregnant. All the teachers have been trained to be able to adapt the exercises to suit your needs and requirements meaning you will achieve the results you want in a safe environment. We are located in Hillsborough Sheffield.
