Antony Knight, Mark Hobson and John Wordsworth, the three directors of Europa would like to welcome you to our dealership whether you are one of our many regular customers or you are new to Europa . Europa is a Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop, a Subaru Franchised Dealer offering New and Used Car Subaru Sales, Subaru Servicing and Parts and we have a long running Prestige Used Car Sales Department.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. This runs through our Mercedes-Benz and Subaru service departments and our Sales operation. As directors we believe that being close to our customers is very important, understanding their needs and knowing how to solve their problems. We are very proud of the “customer satisfaction” scores that our Mercedes-Benz service team achieve and these levels can be found throughout the dealership and our team.

Our Staff are key to our success, we operate a small team that work closely together. Staff continuity and familiarisation is very important for customers enabling them to feel comfortable and relaxed in the advice and service they receive.
