With a Fully Equipped, Private, One to One Gym; Get Physical is Sheffield's premier personal training, health, fitness and weight loss service – a training facility that offers all the equipment, knowledge, experience and motivation you’ll need but without the crowds. You will receive purely one-to-one training and expert nutritional advice in complete privacy, in our state-of-the-art personal training gym (see video).
You will never have to queue for equipment, there will be no interruptions, no-one watching and all sessions are by appointment only, with a personal trainer dedicated to you at all times. This ensures you will make the most of your time and get results much more quickly.
