General information

Our office is situated on Ecclesall Road, bang opposite Nonna's Italian Restaurant. This area is buzzing with bars, restaurants and coffee shops with many of our properties based within spitting distance of our office. All our student properties are in a great position, nicely decorated, clean and bright. All carpets and furnishings are regularly replaced and decorating is done as soon as the house or flat stops looking bright and cheerful. All student houses have a shower, telephone point(s), digit aerial, broadband internet facility, central heating and modern kitchens and bathrooms. Where necessary they are registered and licenced by the Sheffield City Council under the HMO Regulations. They also meet the requirements listed below. All furniture supplied by the Landlord conforms to the Furniture and Furnishings (FIRE) (SAFETY) Regulations 1998.
