STEPS Rehabilitation is a brand new and much needed facility set in the heart of South Yorkshire. We deliver intensive and ongoing rehabilitation for patients recovering from neurological and multiple trauma injuries, enabling them to reach their full potential and return home and/or to work as soon as possible.
Our mission is to achieve the very highest levels of recovery by providing best of class therapies, delivered by a carefully chosen, specialised, motivated team of professionals, working in real partnership with patients and their families, STEP by STEP along the journey to recovery.
In May, our doors opened to a 23 bedroom, state of the art, residential facility with a large physio gym, skills kitchen, hydrotherapy pool, games room, music room, private café and hair salon in a non-clinical, comfortable and homely environment like no other care facility you will have visited.
In time, we aspire to being a true ‘centre of excellence’ for neurological and complex trauma rehabilitation, not just locally but nationwide, working collaboratively to ensuring there is a place to go for patients who are determined, like us, to reach their maximum potential. We are working closely with CARF and will have full accreditation within approximately 12 months.
