Deep Blue Costs was established in 2015 and is led by Mark Carlisle and Charles Cuthbert. With over 40 years of costs law experience between them, an experienced team of consultants to support them and market leading case management practices Deep Blue Costs is able to offer both excellence in service and excellence in results. We are based in Sheffield however we undertake work for solicitors on a national basis.
