Our menu derives inspiration from Indian street-food - A celebration of the food carts and street-side vendors that dot the length and breadth of a vibrant country and who continue to preserve age-old dishes whilst creating urban legends.
At The Cat’s Pyjamas, we aim to transport you to the highway dhaba’s, to hawkers at railway stations selling local delicacies, to Goa’s seafood shacks and to the toddy shops along Kerala’s tranquil backwaters.
Our tribute to the unsung culinary heroes of India and to their fun, indomitable spirit.
