Aiming to help people with difficulties, however small, to become happier in themselves, through talking therapy. As an experienced counsellor, I provide a confidential counselling service based in Northwest Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. That's located in Bramley, and Rodley LS13, Pudsey & Calverley, LS28. Offering time to talk over whatever is concerning you, freely in a safe, accepting working relationship.

Specialising in bereavement, issues of loss, mental wellbeing and managing depression, stress and anxiety, relationships including parent and child worries, workplace relationships, and couples counselling.

Counselling is not advice giving and can help you with many things including: To come to decisions, To sort things out in your mind, To learn about yourself, To heal old emotional wounds and present hurts, To be able to move on from your present situation and grow as a person, grow in health, emotionally, physically and spiritually. It is time well spent investing in yourself, your future and your relationships.

You are likely to experience a warm, ethical, non-judgemental Person-centred process for reflection on your concerns. Listening attentively your counsellor responds genuinely and follows your progress.

Counselling helps with a variety of concerns. Just being able to trust your counsellor and talk in confidence to someone who is trained to help you help yourself is the basic process. Coming to regular sessions enables you to contain difficult emotions and subsequently to face what's behind them. This generally results in a change in behaviour through the client making different choices.

Venues for Counselling
Counselling room locations are in Calverley (LS28), but some meetings are available in Bramley (LS13), The Wellbeing Centre at Rodley, or in Pudsey LS28 or Leeds centre (LS2). All sessions are by arranged appointment.

There is ample parking on the road outside.
