The Forum Leisure Club is here to get you started and on your way to a healthier lifestyle. Our facilities such include our 25 metre Swimming pool, Sauna, Fitness Suite and Studio, Squash court and Sports hall for sports such as Badminton, Table Tennis, 5-A-side Football, Basketball and much more.

Get extra motivation and join in one of our many fantastic workout classes. Working alongside Les Mills UK we provide high energy empowering cardio workouts such as Body Combat, Body Attack and Studio Cycling, or party yourself into shape with Zumba; an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, latin-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness-party.

If it's a challenging workout you're after try our Boot Camp Circuits designed to work the whole body, an excellent opportunity for you to work at your own level, "A fantastic fat burn session" improving stamina and upper/lower body strength.

Or take a step back and relax with Pilates, Yoga or Body Balance each class designed to improve core stability, flexibility and strength, each class leaving you centred and calm.
